Kentucky Basketball recap week 11/12/13-11/19/13

Kentucky played three games over this one week stretch and went to 2-1. They had a disappointing loss against NO. 2 Michigan state where they had an awful first half but bounced back only to loose by four points in the final minutes. The very young Kentucky team showed promised against the more experienced and prepared MSU squad. Kentucky then had a blowout win against Robert Morris the team who bounced them out the NIT tournament last year. Following their win the Wildcats dominated Texas-Arlington where they scored a season High 105 points. Kentucky's young freshmen showed lots of promise as they continued there great start of the season and look to continue down the stretch.

The University of Kentucky is all around one of the top schools in the country, they bring in academics and athletics into one great school and make the school stand out above all others. The most famous and entertaining of all of UK's clubs/teams is the Mens Basketball team. With the help John Calipari the head coach for a few years now, UK has been on top of the College basketball world since his arrival, great recruiting has been the key to UK's success they have put together some of the best freshmen classes in in college basketball history sending many players to the NBA like John Wall, Eric Bledsoe, Anthony Davis, Terrance Jones and many others. This years incoming class has the Harrison Twins, Julius Randle, James Young and a few others giving UK the top recruiting class again. With the incoming freshmen stars and a few key second year players, Kentucky is poised for a great season and a deep run in the NCAA tournament which would be a great improvement over there first round exit in the NIT tournament last year.

Hey everybody Im Namir Cabral im 16 and a thriving teenager looking for a great life. Im always focused on accomplishing something important which always keeps me busy but aside from that I work and play almost all types of sports/activities like basketball, baseball, soccer, pool, chess, etc etc. Im a very relaxed guy who likes listening to music and likes watching sports or anything interesting.
